REFUNDS POLICY

If you, the Hirer decides to cancel (this includes postponing) the booking you will be liable to pay charges. The level of charge to be applied will depend on the amount of notice you give us, calculated from the following table:

Small events upto 40 people 31 to 90 days (inclusive) before the first day of the event 50%
Small events upto 40 people Up to 30 days (inclusive) before the first day of the event 75%
Small event catering upto 40 people More than 7 days 0%
Small event catering upto 40 people Less than 7 days 25%
Larger Events over 40 people More than 180 days before the first day of the event 50%
Larger Events over 40 people 31 to 90 days (inclusive) before the first day of the event 75%
Larger Events over 40 people Up to 30 days (inclusive) before the first day of the event 100%
Large event catering over 40 people More than 30 days 25%
Large event catering over 40 people Less than 30 days 50%

We reserve the right to terminate the Contract without liability to you if you are in arrears of previous payments or Somerset Solutions and/or BCCH become aware of any significant change in your circumstances that would adversely affect the reputation of the Somerset Solutions and/or BCCH should our Event proceed.
